Same tech, same day, every week. We clean the pool, balance the water, look over the equipment and leave you the numbers. Chemicals are in the price, so August costs what February costs.
What happens on a weekly visit
In this order, every time. The order matters more than it sounds. Skimming before brushing keeps debris from sinking, and testing after the baskets are clear means the reading comes off a pool that is actually circulating.
Skim the surface
Net goes in first, before anything sinks. Leaves, bugs, the odd frog, and in a lot of neighbourhoods, iguana droppings. Surface debris is easy. Once it sinks it becomes a stain.
Brush the walls and steps
Algae starts on the shady wall and the second step, not in the middle of the pool. We brush the whole shell, waterline tile included, so the chlorine can actually reach it.
Vacuum the floor
Sand, silt and whatever the last storm dropped in. If you have a robot we work around it. If you do not, we vacuum by hand, corners and main drain included.
Empty the baskets
Skimmer baskets and the pump pot. A packed pump basket starves the motor, and a starved motor is a $600 phone call, so this one is not optional.
Test and balance the water
Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, and salt on salt systems. We test at the pool, on the spot, and dose right there. No guessing from last week.
Look over the equipment
Filter pressure, pump sound, cell voltage, timer settings, and a look for drips at the unions. We write the filter pressure down every week so we can see it climbing.
Leave a door tag
Your readings, what we added, and anything you should know go on a tag at your door before we pull off. If something needs a repair, it is on that tag in plain English.
You get the readings, not just a clean pool
Most home swimming pool maintenance goes wrong quietly. The water looks fine while cyanuric acid climbs past 100 ppm, or filter pressure creeps up 5 psi over a month and nobody writes it down. By the time it is visible, it is a bill. Plenty of swimming pool cleaning services hand you a clean pool and tell you nothing.
So every visit ends the same way. We test at your pool, not off last week's notes, and the readings go on a tag at your door with what we added and anything worth watching. Six weeks of those tags tells you more about your pool than any quote will.
In ground or above ground, the visit is the same and so is the price logic. Weekly pool service is the product. The tag on your door is the receipt.

What weekly service does not cover
Everything above is in the monthly price, chemicals included. These four are not, and we would rather you knew that now than found out on an invoice.
- Filter cleans
- Cartridge and DE filters need pulling apart two to four times a year. Quoted separately because the interval depends on your tree cover, not on a calendar.
- Salt cell acid bath
- Two or three times a year on a salt pool, more on hard water down in Homestead. We check output weekly so you get told before the pool loses chlorine.
- Green pool recovery
- If the pool is already green when we first show up, that is a recovery, not a weekly visit. Different job, different price, three to five days.
- Repairs and parts
- Pumps, motors, timers, seals and salt cells. We handle the common ones and we tell you plainly when a job belongs with a licensed contractor instead.
